Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Creator Home Decor.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

At Creator Handicrafts, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality home decor, furniture, clocks, and other handcrafted items. Our team works diligently to ensure that every product meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and design. To ensure a positive experience for our customers, we have established the following Returns and Replacement Policy:

Replacement 

We do provide replacements in the unlikely event that you encounter any issues with your product. These issues may include damages sustained during shipping, manufacturing defects, or any discrepancies in the product you receive compared to your order

In the above case, contact must be made within 48 hours of receipt of the products by email care@creatorhandicrafts.com notifying us of any damage to the product with pics of the product received. We will schedule return pick up for the product. Upon return, the article will undergo a quality check to ensure the quality problem is found to be our responsibility rather than misuse or abuse of the product outside of our control. Once the returned product passes the quality check to ensure it is unused and in its original packaging stage, Replacement item will be processed.

Conditions for Replacement

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a replacement , please make sure that:

  • The Goods were purchased in the last 3 days.
  • After 3 Days No request will be taken for replacement
  • The Goods must be in the original condition.

We ensure only the best quality reaches to our customers as each product goes through a well-defined quality check process. However, these being art products, please note that there may be slight variation in looks and finish. The colors shown on the website are close the real color of the product to the extent possible. However, depending upon your display screen, the colors may vary slightly. 

Cancellations

Order Cancellation within 24 Hours:

You may cancel items within 24 hours of confirmation or before shipping, whichever comes first. The full amount will be refund

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled with in 24 hours before they are dispatched without any extra costs. Customer has to write us within 24 hrs. No cancellation will be made beyond that. Expected refund with in next 2 to 3 days, in addition to. Please note that once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Time Frame

You can initiate the return of an Item within 03 (three) days of the item being delivered to you. Return requests are not accepted after 03 (three) days from the date of delivery 

What’s eligible for Return?

Defective – If the item delivered to you is defective. A defect is the unfortunate result of a flaw in manufacturing, which hinders the intended use of the product (e.g. imbalance, Welding joints opening, etc). Please note that natural characteristics of the material used, like appearance or texture (especially for marble products) are not defects.

Difference – If the item delivered to you is different (in dimension, shape, or color) from the item image on our website.

Not Functional – If the product delivered to you is dead on arrival, this could occur in items with batteries or requiring electrical sources ( clocks, lights or bulbs). Please note that only replacements shall be offered.

Note : Microscopic defects not visible when the products are installed will not be considered.

How to Initiate a Return Request?

To raise a return request, you should click 2-3 clear photographs of  your damage item. Below are the guidelines to follow while taking the photographs.

1-2 images should clearly show the entire product and 1-2 images zoom in on the damaged/defective area such that the relevant concern is visible drop an email to care@creatorhandicrafts.com

Evaluate and Pick-Up
Once we receive the images, the Creator Handicrafts Resolution team will connect with you within 24 hours.
Please retain the original packaging of the product, along with user manual, warranty slip and other accessories to ensure a successful pick-up.
A product scheduled for return pick-up will be picked up by the logistic partner of the Brand/Merchant from the original shipping address of the order, within 72 hours of initiation of the return pick-up request. The return requests are evaluated by the Creator handicrafts Resolution team. Your return request will be processed only upon approval from our team and after verifying all details. If the request is not approved, it will not be eligible for a return.

Mode Of Refund Payment

Once the item is cancelled, the refund is processed after the product has been picked up from the delivery location.
You can choose to get your refund either in the original mode of payment (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, Digital Wallets or UPI Account
There can be variations depending on the T&Cs of the financial service provider and time at which return is sought.

Original Mode Of Payment

Once the refund is initiated, the refund amount gets credited to your selected mode of payment in 7-10 business days. The refund timeline for various modes is provided below.

  • Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking/UPI Account – 4-5 Business Days
  • Offline (NEFT) – 7-10 Business Days

We are committed to ensuring that your products reach you safely and securely. However, in the rare event that you have received a damaged product in furniture item, We Will provide replacement only, no refunds, returns or exchanged are offered on furniture products.
